FROM CLOTHING TO RAGS

Have a shirt or a pair of althletic pants that you no longer wear because it is stained, bleached or ruined. Don't throw it away, or at least not all of it. Cut out a few large squares/ rectangles out of it. You can use these cut outs for cleaning your home. (Cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, dust, tarnished items, tables, etc..) Why spend money on paper towels, when you can use these to clean your home? Best of all, when you are done with cleaning for the day, you can stick the cloth in the washer and then you have a clean cloth for the next time. If for whatever reason it gets digusting looking, and you don't want to use it anymore, you can throw it away knowing you didn't pay much for that sheet. Think of how many paper towel sheets and actually even rolls you will be saving. You can color code you cleaning clothes to help you figure out where each cloth was/is used. (Red shirt- bathroom clothes, Black pants are now the kitchen clothes, etc.)
