While I was out shopping last Sunday, I figured try out coupon shopping at Family Dollar. I heard that Family Dollar takes coupons, but it surprised me since they are for the most part cheaper then other locations. This is what I ended up with.

4 count Lever 2000 Soap Price: $2.50 Sale Price: $2.00 Coupon Value: $1.00 Paid $1.00
Total Before Coupons $6.00 ($6.36 with tax)
Total paid: $3.36
Total Coupon savings: $3.00
Basically, with coupons I had a 50% savings.
